Creating a Christmas gift guide didn’t seem like a good idea last year and although nothing has really changed, I wanted to bring more festive cheer to myself and the blog this Christmas. So, introducing my Christmas Gift Guide 2021 part 1! You may notice that it’s bigger and better than all my other gift guides and that’s simply because the brands that got in touch were just so interesting, quirky, and something I genuinely loved so much, once you see the subscription boxes, I think you’ll agree! Let’s dive in.
Wellness Gifts
Olverum Bath Oil – 125ml – £36.50
Olverum Restful Sleep Pillow Mist – 50ml – £25.00
If you’re looking for something pampering and relaxing then look no further than Olverum. I’ve had the pleasure of using this bath oil before. It’s extremely concentrated so that you need only half a capful, which means that a single 125ml bottle can cover 25 baths! How impressive is that? With lavender, rosemary, juniper and more, it’s so wonderful. Of course, you’d expect the sleep pillow mist to be just as beautiful and it really is, we all love sleep pillow mists in our house and this is a welcomed addition!
Echor End Of Day Pillow Spray & Echor End Of Day Candle – £39.98 now £27.98
A brand that’s all about sleeping, wellness, and looking after yourself? How did I not come across them sooner!? This is such a fantastic gift because everyone could do with help sleeping. The End of Day Candle is such a lovely thought, unwind and destress with a candle and relax before spraying your pillow spray and going to sleep? Every night should be like that! The candle burns for 60+ hours which is fantastic and it obviously smells amazing, but you can already imagine! With lavender being the main ingredient, you’ll be nodding off in no time. I’ve already been using the pillow mist and I absolutely love it!
Oxygen Boutique Cryo Facial Tool – £55.00
Obsessed! 10/10! Why didn’t I have these sooner!? Also known as Ice Globes, these are literally cold balls that you rub onto your face to refresh, wake up, lift, and give your skin a glow. Stick them in the freezer, even your fridge, I’ve found that just having them on my desk they’re naturally cold enough to use too. I absolutely love them, my mum absolutely loves them, definitely of those luxury gift ideas if you’re looking for something fancy this year. These would be amazing before a big event or night out, or just to get used to them in your daily routine!
Temple Spa My Essence Wind Me Down – £55
We’re big fans of Temple Spa products after using them over the years and visiting one of their spas. My mum took one smell of this Mediterranean fine fragrance and I haven’t seen it since! She absolutely loves it, it’s so fresh and uplifting with bergamot and jasmine. It’s going to be her new day fragrance! The accompanying bath oil isn’t very strong out of the bottle but of course, all things change when they’re used properly and in a hot bath you’ll feel the luxury.
Aroma Active Sleep Salt Soak – £15
This is Aroma Active’s best-selling and hero product, say no more! With Lavendin, Ylang Ylang, valerian, and Buddhahood, how can you not want to try this? It smells absolutely divine, it makes an incredible bath and I’m surprised I haven’t nodded off whilst in the bath! These make such a fantastic gift and it’s a great introduction to the brand, I’m definitely interested to see what else they do!
Grace Cole White Nectarine & Pear Luxury Travel Set – £16
With everything already in travel-friendly sizes, this is a great present for someone who likes to go away often. With a bath and shower gel, body lotion, hand cream, and even body mist, it’s the essentials we definitely usually forget about and often end up needing! It smells so delightful and the see-through bag is also pretty handy for travelling via plane!
Skincare & Haircare Gifts
Beautaniq Beauty Ultimate Skincare Set – £185.00
I actually thought this was just something they had put together as press and thought that it would be amazing if people could buy it, so imagine my surprise when you can actually buy this entire bundle! This is a new vegan skincare brand to me and I’m so happy I came across them! Not only is this skincare set absolutely incredible, but the packaging and the way the products are explained and described are also just so handy and such a fabulous idea! I’ve been using quite a few bits already, I absolutely love the cleansing oil and jelly cleanser, the gel moisturiser is also high on my list! Lovely packaging, great ethics and they have lots of lovely gift sets to choose from as well. Everything seems reasonably priced as well!
I’ve always been a big fan of Dr PawPaw and this year they have the loveliest little gift sets that will make great presents and stocking fillers. The Beauty Gift Collection with 3 balms and a mirror is £19.99 and my personal favourite set, the Sleeping Beauty Gift Collection with overnight lip mask, lip scrub and a sleep mask is £15.99. Such lovely gifts!
A small independent brand for sensitive skin sent over some samples and I tried the Facemask for Dry & Inflamed skin when my skin was SCREAMING and it was really rather lovely. No irritation, no-nonsense at all, it just calmed my skin when it really needed it! They seem to be known for their booty mask which I’m excited to try. I love that these little packets of masks (that will do a serious amount of masks) only cost £3 and the mini booty mask costs £6. I think it’s so great to see brands doing travel and mini sizes, I am personally getting frustrated at not being able to use things fast enough with not going out much during the pandemic, so I’ve been favouring buying mini/travel sized products as it helps to be less wasteful!
Angela Langford Bloom & Glow Face Oil – £20.50
The best selling from Angela Langford and it’s not hard to realise why once you try it. It was voted as the number 1 nourishing face oil by Good Housekeeping after being marked 91/100 during lab and independent testing, how impressive is that!? This is another product that I’ve tried on severely upset skin and it really did help to nourish and calm, plus it smells absolutely beautiful!
Pietro Simone Dewy Reboot – £85
We’re onto the seriously high-end luxury skincare now, with a brand I haven’t heard of but probably should have, Pietro Simone. They have a Tech Spa in Belgravia, London that uses state of the art systems alongside their range for what sounds like incredible treatments. So, what does this product do? Well, a lot! It’s meant to help dullness, uneven tone, hydration, add radiance, and is fine to use on sensitive skin. It sounds seriously impressive and I’m eager to start using it but I want to get over this mega breakout first!
Doctors Formula Dragons Blood
When I saw ‘anti-bac’ and ‘redness reducer’ I couldn’t wait to try the products. They’re really great on sensitive skin and instantly soothed mine, exactly what it’s meant to do! Dragons Blood (Croton lechleri extract) is up to 50x more efficient than vitamin E and is great for stressed skin. I’m definitely going to keep this close! I love luxury skincare and think it’s a great gift for a skincare enthusiast or someone who needs to spend a little longer looking after themselves.
– Dragons Blood Sensitive Anti-Bac Daily Moisturiser 50ml – £105
– Dragons Blood Sensitive Anti-Bac Cleanser 100ml – £59
– Dragons Blood Sensitive Redness Reducer 30ml – £99
Doctors Formula Body Bliss
So you’d definitely have to really know the person or be asked for something along these lines as this range is all about getting rid of body hair! I personally hate shaving and I’m always looking for something else to try. The Body Bloss range includes Hair Vanishing Cream, and Hair Inhibitor, here I’ve got the:
– Doctors Formula BODY BLISS – Skin Tightening Serum 100ml – £59
– Doctors Formula BODY BLISS – Ingrown Hair Eliminator 100ml – £35
Indie Refill Starter Duo – £25
Know someone trying to be more eco friendly this year? Why not get them this starter pack which is 99% less plastic than traditional shampoo and conditioner! These aluminium bottles are meant to last and 500ml Refills are £8. They have products for lacklustre and damaged hair, scalp issues, dry, frizzy, you name it, there is something for everyone.
Mermade Hair 32mm Pro Waver – £54
This hair waver is meant to give you waves 50% faster than other designers on the market and they’re so confident that they give you a money-back guarantee! Now if that’s not a solid present, I don’t know what is! It’s a super easy use told, with barrels designed to smooth and eliminate frizz whilst avoiding and crimp looks. There are lots of extras and accessories you can buy too if you wanted to get extra presents, like their hair prepping mist or a ponytail set.
Accessory Gifts
RedRubyRouge Kiss Solid Sterling Silver Necklace – £49.99
At Red Ruby Rouge they believe in slow fashion and producing quality silver jewellery with a timeless design and they’ve certainly done that here! How beautiful is this necklace? This is something that you’ll be able to wear for years and years to come and it’ll never look out of place. It also comes in gold but I’m a silver girl!
This is a lovely colourful jewellery brand, I picked out the turquoise earrings and they’re so beautiful!
Scaramanga Gemini Crossbody Bag – £70.50
My mum had a beautiful leather bag for years that she found on holiday and has been looking for one for a while now. I was so excited when I saw this crossbody, it’s a perfect size, made from vintage hunter leather which looks even better as the years go by. You can even get a personalised bag tag if you’d like to add someone’s name.

I’ve put one-offs to make sure you know you can buy these for just a gift, and you don’t have to commit yourself to a monthly payment unless you wanted to!
Roccabox Not Another Advent Calendar – £28
Roccabox has been my favourite subscription box for a while now, it constantly impresses and it is just so affordable at £15 per month. This is a one-off box instead of a beauty advent calendar, it’s 10 products with a combined total of £148 for just £28! Not only is this a fantastic gift but for every order, they’ll plant 2 trees on your behalf! How incredible is that?
Box42 Date Night Box – £34.99
When I heard of this I absolutely fell in love! Different date night boxes that you can have as a subscription box, delivered each month with activities for you and your partner, how cute, right? They’re handcrafted and themed, take a few hours each and even come with an optional menu and cocktail ideas to go the extra mile! We picked out the Orient Express and were so surprised that it came with a link to a Youtube video to a train ride and a Spotify playlist of the 1920s hits. Everything has been thought about and there are main activities to do as well!
Our box even came with accessories and placemats. I won’t ruin too much inside our box as I can imagine this would be such a great present for couples or to your own partner.

Giveaway Time!
Enjoyed my Christmas Gift Guide 2021 part 1? Let’s not finish the fun here, how about a giveaway for a Barrington Watch Winder worth £175? I honestly didn’t even know this was a thing but after I asked my friend, he was seriously impressed by this device. Basically, it looks after your expensive watches by winding the very intricate cogs and levers inside which keeps your watches working perfectly and therefore they’ll last longer. It also makes sure that you always have the right time so there’s no faffing around when you come to wear your watch again! I mean, plus it looks really fancy doesn’t it? Like a watch vault, definitely something luxury to gift!
UK Only, ends 14/12/21 so you can have to gift or use before Christmas!
