Spring Fashion with Lindybop Dresses

What happened to Lindybop? Well, it seems Lindybop has gone into administration. I don’t know if the brand will ever return. If you’re desperate for a specific Lindybop style then check out plus size selling groups on Facebook or eBay.

Lindybop dresses really are the perfect way to welcome the fact that there is an actual sun in the sky. There are so many incredibly bright and playful prints available right now. From seasides, cute animals, and of course, floral prints! They have pretty much every single colour in the rainbow and print you could possibly imagine, and then more. Matching cardigans, skirts, and dresses which means you can mix and match. I love playing down a really bold print with a basic top and you can definitely do that with Lindybop skirts.Pairing these outfits with fabulous tanzanite earrings can add a touch of elegant sparkle to any look. I’m not even a fan of summer but I am so happy to finally have a bright office again and I do love colourful clothes.

Lindybop dresses, as you probably already know, go from a size 8 – 26. I always recommend sizing up and currently I wear a size 24. You can probably see that this ‘Saskia’ Teal Folk Floral Print Swing Dress at £35 does look a little roomy on my waist, and it is, but a size down would be too small. Every Lindybop style is so different that they do fit differently in certain places. You may find that you need a smaller size in one style than you do in another.

This Saskia Teal dress is a stunning colour and the contrast against the fushia really attracted me to it. It’s a really stretchy dress made of cotton so it’s super lightweight too. It’s definitely long enough to not need tights or leggings but I was reviewing this pair from Heist, you can read my blog on it them by clicking here.
