Parfait Active Sports Bra

Whatever your reasons are for needing a sports bra, it’s important to make sure that you get a good one for so many reasons. I’ve only ever had one other sports bra before but I haven’t worn it in years now due to my chronic pain. Although, some people may find that a sports bra is perfect for supporting back pain and opt to wear them most days or around the house. Whether you’re off to a gym, doing some yoga at home, or maybe even running, boobs can be extremely annoying when it comes to moving. I’ve been trying out the new Parfait Active Sports Bra – Infinity Blue at £39 and I’m seriously impressed.

Parfait is my favourite brand for bras, especially now that so many styles hurt me within minutes. I’ve found so many different styles of bras that I can wear, patterns, colours, and they’re usually a very close fit to being perfect. As I’ve said in all of my past Parfait reviews I don’t always wear the correct size for my back due to chronic pain back, so sometimes the middle of the bra won’t always sit against my chest as it should. I don’t recommend not wearing your right size, and you should always try different sizes until you find the right one for you. It can differ between styles.

This Parfait Active Sports Bra reminds me a lot of the Panache sports bra but I much prefer this new Parfait one. It’s much more stylish in the Infinity Blue colour and comes in pink and black too. I found the back of this bra to be incredibly comfortable and supportive, I could easily wear this all day and night. It has a breathable fabric which is designed to keep you the way and keep moisture at bay, as well as underwires to secure each boob. That sounds extreme but if you’ve ever ran with large boobs, you’ll understand. It’s almost as if putting each boob in its own little vault and it can’t get out, there’s no spillage, overfill, there’s no movement at all, they stay put. It’s exactly what you want from a sports bra and I am beyond impressed by just how still my boobs stayed whilst testing it out.

You can change the Parfait Active Sports Bra into a cross style or just wear it, as usual, it’s so pretty that I can see a lot of people wearing it as a top instead of putting something over it. Of course, with any good quality bra, you need to look after it, and so, be sure to always hand wash and line dry. Don’t go sticking this in the washer or dryer or you won’t get as much wear out of it as you could. The bra looks to start in a 30D and goes up to a 42FF, here I’m wearing the 40G and it’s a perfect fit for me. I would say it’s a tad generous but nothing too drastic, I just mean that if you’re usually a GG cup like myself then this should fit fine in a G.
