Introducing the Fenjal Sweet Summer Kiss Range

Sweet Summer Kiss is a limited-edition summer collection designed around that carefree, warm-weather feeling. Even the packaging makes me happy. It is bright yellow with tropical flowers all over it, so you are definitely not going to lose this one amongst everything else in your bathroom.

The fragrance is where it really gets good though.

It opens with:

• Lemon
• Orange
• White peach

Then you have a floral heart of:

• Night-blooming jasmine
• Rose
• Passion flower

Before it settles into:

• Musk
• Vanilla
• Cedarwood

It is fruity and fresh at first, but then you get that warmer, softer vanilla and musk coming through. I really like that it still feels like Fenjal without simply being another variation of the Classic fragrance.

If you normally find heavier bodycare fragrances a little much during summer, I think this is such a lovely alternative.

Fenjal Sweet Summer Kiss Shower Cream

First up is the Sweet Summer Kiss Shower Cream.

Fenjal shower products are always some of my favourites from the brand, and this one has a creamy lather designed to cleanse the skin without leaving it feeling stripped or dry.

The formula includes glycerin, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil and peach fruit extract, alongside vitamin E and lactic acid.

It also contains menthyl lactate, which gives the skin a gentle cooling sensation. Obviously, this makes so much sense for a summer collection. There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower during a heatwave and immediately feeling like you need another shower.

The combination of the cooling feeling and that fresh peachy citrus fragrance makes this such a nice morning shower product too.

Fenjal Sweet Summer Kiss Body Lotion

Next is probably my favourite of the three, the Sweet Summer Kiss Body Lotion.

It contains glycerin, shea butter, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil and peach fruit extract to help moisturise and condition the skin, along with panthenol, vitamin E and bisabolol.

Despite being nourishing, the formula is designed to feel lightweight rather than leaving that heavy, greasy coating that I absolutely do not want when it is hot.

It also has that same gentle cooling sensation, which I LOVE.

I am quite lazy with body lotion if something takes forever to rub in or leaves me feeling sticky afterwards, so anything that absorbs nicely and makes moisturising feel less like a chore immediately gets extra points from me.

And obviously, layering it after the matching Shower Cream helps that Sweet Summer Kiss fragrance linger for longer too.

Fenjal Sweet Summer Kiss Hand Cream

Finally, there is the Sweet Summer Kiss Hand Cream.

This is a fast-absorbing formula for normal to dry skin, with glycerin, shea butter, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, peach fruit extract, panthenol, vitamin E and allantoin.

It is designed to moisturise and condition without leaving your hands feeling coated in product, which is exactly what I want from a hand cream.

I cannot stand putting hand cream on and then being unable to touch my phone for the next 20 minutes because everything is slipping out of my hands.

This one is also such a handy size for throwing into your handbag and taking away with you during summer.

What Else Should You Know About Sweet Summer Kiss?

As with the wider Fenjal range, there are lots of things that have been left out of the formulas too.

The Sweet Summer Kiss collection is:

• Vegan and cruelty-free
• Free from mineral oils
• Paraben-free
• Silicone-free
• Made without intentionally added microplastics
• Made without added colourants
• Dermatologically tested

I think Fenjal have got the balance really right with this collection. It still has that slightly luxurious bodycare feeling that I always associate with the brand, but everything about Sweet Summer Kiss feels lighter, brighter and a little more playful.

Is Fenjal Sweet Summer Kiss Worth Trying?

I definitely think so, especially if you already like Fenjal but fancy something a little fruitier than the Classic range. Prices are between £5.50 and £7.95, making it super affordable to try out.

The white peach, citrus and florals make it beautifully fresh for summer, while the vanilla, musk and cedarwood stop it from becoming overly sweet. Add in the lightweight formulas and cooling effect and it is a really lovely warm-weather bodycare range.

I also love that you can get all three matching products. There is something so satisfying about showering, moisturising and then using the same fragrance on your hands rather than having about seven completely different scents fighting for attention.
