Collectif Vintage Plus Size Picks

Collectif Vintage is back and thank god! There is truly no other better vintage inspired clothing store for me. I have loved Collectif for absolutely years and my wardrobe truly would be rubbish without them. Collectif Vintage is back open with the same incredible designs and prints that we all know and love. What’s even more exciting is I’m spotting a lot more in their Extended Sizes range, and a lot prettier options too!

Collectif Vintage Plus Size Picks

Collectif Vintage Dolores Poppy Doll Dress – £75

Collectif Vintage Dolores Poppy Doll Dress, shemightbeloved, georgina groganCollectif Vintage is known for Dolores dresses. They are one of my most favourite styles of dresses ever, they’re so wearable, comfortable, and truly beautiful. So to see 6 in their extended size range is really exciting. This extended range goes up to a size 26, Dolores are quite roomy if you have a smaller waist and are bigger on the bottom, so maybe even small size 28s could fit in!

I would love to see them continue to expand this range though as there’s a huge gap in the market for it and from what I’ve always seen, the biggest sizes do tend to sell out faster!

This Dolores Poppy Doll Dress is definitely one of the prettiest I’ve ever owned. I’m wearing a size 22 but there’s a lot of fabric around my waist so I do think I could get into a 20 now, but a 22 is more of a comfortable fit for longer days out!

Collectif Vintage Dolores True Love Doll Dress – £75

Collectif Vintage Dolores True Love Doll Dress, georgina grogan, shemightbelovedHow gorgeous is this True Love print? A super wearable print too! You could style this with brighter colours easily. I’ve already worn all of these out with friends or family, I could happily have a Collectif Vintage only wardrobe!

I once saw someone wearing a Collectif Vintage coat with faux fur trim in person and I literally gasped. They are the most beautiful designs ever and I’ve always wanted one so when I saw this Patsy Belted Velvet Coat (down to £66), I knew I just had to have it!

When I’ve tried Collectif Vintage coats in the past, I remember them coming up very small and at the time a 20 was the biggest size left so I risked it and I’m happy to say it fits really nicely! I’ve worn it out comfortably and I can’t wait to wear it for years to come.

Collectif Vintage Giada Pansies Swing Dress – £80

I don’t usually sway far away from Dolores dresses with Collectif Vintage but there was something about this green that pulled me in. This is a super comfortable design, I stuck to a 22 and I’m glad because it’s definitely not as roomy as a Dolores dress. I love the neckline and waistline though, it’s really fitting and shows off my shape. Collectif Vintage Giada Pansies Swing Dress, shemightbeloved, georgina grogan

Collectif Vintage clothes just make me feel so happy and confident whilst wearing them. I always get compliments on them too as they’re mostly stand-out pieces! If you haven’t tried them yet, I can’t recommend enough. All of my pieces have last for years on end, with countless wears. I already can’t wait for Autumn/Winter collections for some new velvet Trixie dresses, another one of my all time favourite dress styles!

If you’re unsure of where to start with Collectif Vintage then I think it’s obvious what my suggestion would be, a Dolores dress. If that’s not really your style then they have so many other options, from skirts, to trousers and even jeans. There’s even an incredible selection of vintage inspired accessories and handbags, so much choice!

Let me know what your favourite Collectif Vintage piece was in this post and if you’ll be trying them out? I’d love to see what you get!
