Bliss Skincare Launch at Boots
Boots has been my favourite beauty retailer for many years but they just keep levelling up. With new brands practically every week now, we are completely spoilt for choice. I’m so excited to get to try out a few of those new brands including the Bliss skincare launch at Boots. You might have already seen or heard of Bliss skincare as they’ve already been on the UK skincare market years ago. They’re hugely popular in the US and now they’re at Boots!
When trying skincare now I’ve stopped looking at the prices until I’m writing up the reviews and it always helps to finalise my opinion on things. In this case, I’m seriously impressed with Bliss skincare. They’re also cruelty-free and nearly 100% vegan.
Bliss Skincare Products
Bliss Skincare Clear Genius Cleanser (190ml) – £9.99
I immediately went to the bathroom and washed my face in this deep pore cleansing gel. It’s definitely my favourite product from the bunch, and Alfie’s too! I really wasn’t expecting it to be just £10 as it has BHA (salicylic acid) which helps with congested skin like mine. I really feel like my skin is clean and clear when I use this, it’s also great as a second cleanser after oil for removing makeup. I’ll definitely be buying another bottle.
Bliss Skincare Bright Idea Vitamin C Face Serum (30ml) – £19.99
Apparently in the US one of these sells every 15 seconds! It’s a very fancy-sounding brightening and protecting serum with its highest concentration of vitamin C. It’s said to layer beautifully under makeup too but unfortunately, I’m not getting on with vitamin C products at the minute, so I’ve given this to a friend who will let me know their thoughts so I can update this post later.

By the sounds of it, this is another really impressive vitamin C product, said to help the skin feel bouncy and hydrated. At £20 each, you really can’t go wrong! I’d expect them to be at least £30-£40.
Bliss Skincare That’s Incredi-peel Glycolic Acid Pads (15 pack) – £21.99
I’m a massive fan of glycolic acid and these are actually spa-quality, which is very exciting as I am really missing spa treatments. Simply take out a pad and gently wipe over your clean dry skin. I do go a little heavier with mine just because I’ve been using glycolic acid in my routine for years now and my skin loves it. It can really help to take away and lumps, bumps and rough patches.
Bliss Skincare Drench & Quench Face Moisturiser (50ml) – £19.99
My oily skin absolutely loves moisturisers like this, it feels like you’ve put nothing on. It’s so lightweight and weightloss. I’ve worn this under makeup with ease and it’s definitely become my go-to! Again at just £20, it feels like more of an expensive cream I’ve had in the past.
Bliss Skincare Mighty Marshmallow Brightening Face Mask (50ml) – £14.99
I currently look like a glazed doughnut as I put this facemask on before I started to write this post. It’s a very light, airy mask that is deeply hydrating and leaves your skin looking glowy. You’re meant to apply a thick layer, which I always do, and use it a few times a week.
