My New Obsession! Memi Makeup
I have only ever found one makeup brand through my blog that I then became completely and utterly obsessed with. Sure, I’ve liked others, but I haven’t gone to the point where I’ll panic when I start to run out of something. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that this brand is Makeup Atelier Paris. Today, they are going to be joined in my hall of frame makeup brands with, Memi Makeup. I am actually blown away by Memi Makeup, seriously blown away. This brand is cruelty-free, mostly vegan, and was created by two 21-year-olds! They actually travelled the globe sourcing the very best ingredients and formulas and it seriously paid off. The quality is unreal, think of Tarte quality where you are easily paying £50 a palette and you’re around the quality of these, but Memi Makeup is so ridiculously affordable it’s almost unbelievable.
I haven’t stopped using the Memi Matte Muse Eyeshadow Palette, which is a ridiculously affordable price of £22. That’s not a typo. For the kind of quality, pigment, and results these shadows give off, I’d easily think they were around the £35+ mark. There’s an impressive 12 shades that are warm, creamy, and perfectly matte. They are SO easy to blend, incredibly pigmented, and the possibilities with this palette are truly endless. They stay flawless all day long, which you’ll see from my Instagram photo below. Even though the rest of my face had melted off after a long day, my eyeshadow from this palette and the liner (which I’ll talk about in a second) looks like it’s only just been applied. This is one of those truly essential palettes. In my photos I’ve built up the reddish brick and red brown colours to create this look and I absolutely adore it.
Hold onto whatever device you’re reading this on, because that eyeliner above is just £10!! Seriously! The Memi Expert Liner is on the same level as the Kat Von D and Stila Waterproof liner, it is one of the best I have ever tried. It’s completely smudge-proof, blacker than black, there’s no messing about here, and it has such a great design to create any look. I was so impressed by how easy it was to create a flick.
I can honestly say that I am now such a huge fan of this brand, it takes a lot to impress me but even the packaging is quality on these products. If you don’t know about this brand already, I cannot recommend enough that you go and try something! I will definitely be buying from them in the future, I’m already excited to find out how amazing the rest of the Memi Makeup line is.
