BBW Couture’s Floral 1950s Vintage Party Dresses
Right now I am currently swanning around in Rome on my first holiday with Alfie, with these beautiful new BBW Couture dresses and one will probably be on my body right now. I mean, they’re just so beautiful, how could I even resist bringing them? By now if you’re a regular reader, you’ll have seen an unintentional weekly blue outfit as I just love the colour so much. Against my pale skin and bright red hair, it really goes well too which is the reason I wear it so often. This BBW Couture Blue & White Floral 1950s Vintage Party Dress is definitely in my all time top 3 and is beyond perfect for a Summer’s day.
As previously mentioned in my last post on another new BBW Couture Dress, I have adjusted this dress slightly and stitched the V neck crossover bust a tad higher to make it more secure and to ensure I keep my modesty at all times. I don’t want to repeat myself for all the newest dresses so I’m going to team up and do two in this one. Simply as, they’re all the same fit, which is a tad tighter than the previous dresses, so I would suggest sizing up. They’re also 100% polyester and a very thin material. Meaning they’re perfect for Summer as they aren’t too heavy at all!
Both dresses are £29.99, which I’ve said again and again, is an absolutely
bargain. Plus they’re now in sizes 16-28 instead of just going to a 26, but I do think this is because they’re slightly tighter. Also, this is basically going to be a very picture heavy post because these dresses are super pretty and make me very happy.
My favourite of all of the new dresses is definitely this Purple & White Floral 1950s Vintage Party Dress, I’m really not normally a pink person but because it’s a darker pink, I absolutely love it. In case you can’t tell, I did have freshly dyed hair on these photos which means it is really standing out! The dresses come to an amazing length on my 5’3 self which mean they definitely don’t need leggings or tights. I can imagine they’re going to be my absolute favourite things to Rome but I will report back when I’m home!
In case you thought this post was just be being utterly vain, I’m actually giving away two of the latest dresses that I was sent! As the face of the vintage range, I do receive the dresses to write and photograph, but unfortunately, the two new ones that only go up to a size 20, did not fit. They’re a very tight 20 and I’d go as far as saying you’d need to be an 18 to actually get into them. But they’re both an absolutely beautiful design and it’d be a shame for them not to go to a good home, so I am running a Twitter, Facebook and Instagram competition which should go live with this post, finger’s crossed my scheduling is spot on.

Head over to the above links for my channels. Tomorrow you’ll find the Facebook giveaway, at 7/8ish tonight the Twitter one and hopefully I’ll have set something up on Instagram, but if not, simply repost a photo of BBW Couture’s dress, or me in one, and #BBWcouture and tag me @GeorginaGrogan_!
