Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks

Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks

You have definitely heard of the new Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks, but do you know how much you need to try them? Probably not, so let me help you.

After lunching with Urban Decay and finally getting my hands on some of the products, I am becoming quite obsessed. Before I had only used their setting sprays because everyone else was using them, but I hadn’t heard enough about anything else to invest. Sometimes I need to hear about products to buy them, other times if they’re too talked about I don’t trust them, I can’t win really.

There are 100 shades with the new Vice Lipsticks and SIX finishes, it’s quite mad really. There’s literally everything and the finished include, Mega Matte (my favourite), Comfort Matte (second favourite), Metallized, Sheer, Sheer Shimmer, and Cream. I don’t really care for the rest as I am, and always will be a matte girl. Lipstick moving all over my face or sticky lips are not for me at all.

I was sent 5 which you can see below, but if you head onto my Instagram and see any recent photo of me wearing bright red, that’s Rock Steady that I picked up in my local UD store. Every time I’m in Meadowhall I am going to Urban Decay now and picking up something new to try!

How beautiful!? Backtalk has replaced my obsession with MAC Amorous. I actually haven’t wore a MAC lipstick since getting the Urban Decay Alice Collection….woah.

Backtalk is definitely my favourite out of them, wow! I really want to go and see the new Vice lipstick range in person before investing in any of them. Online swatches on websites can sometimes be really inaccurate!

  • Wow 100! I can remember the first (?) UD lipsticks in the metal bullet like casing, then the purple ones with patterned perspex lids and mini daggers on the end. I actually really like that first one on you, I think the metallic shimmer is sophisticated and not overly glossy looking. However it’s definitely Backtalk that’s more my type of shade, beautiful.
