I really love smelling nice, to the point where I’ll spend any amount on a perfume that I love. Which means I adore trying out new things as you never know when you’ll find your new favourite. The Discovery Club is an amazing way to find new favourites. It’s a subscription box that ships quarterly, exclusively by The Fragrance Shop. It’s only £5 and it’s full of all the latest samples, there’s even discounts and offers if you choose to buy one of them. The one pictured is the Christmas box. I’m really excited about the new Monsoon Rose Gold Perfume at £24 for 30ml. It’s a very summery scent with notes of uplifting fruits, neroli, rose, and then base notes of vanilla and musk. It’s…

With anything else beauty wise I always prefer cheaper products, I’ve always managed to find cheaper versions of products that work better but never with perfume. With perfume, and excuse my language, I am a luxury bitch. I wasn’t always this way, a bottle of Ghost Midnight for £20 and I’m still happy but over the last few years I’ve caught the scent (quite literally) of the higher end world of perfumes and I am hooked. It all started with YSL Black Opium, which is still a firm favourite, and it’s progressed to the ridiculous expense of Marc Jacobs Decadence, which in my eyes is now worth every penny. Along the way I’ve tried many fragrances but I always go back to the same group…

What’s better than receiving your favourite perfume in a handbag friendly size? Receiving an ENGRAVED version of your favourite perfume in a handbag friendly size, obviously. This has made me ridiculously happy. I absolutely adore The Perfume Shop and YSL Black Opium so having an engraved bottle is the cutest and it hasn’t left my bag! The Perfume Shop Rewards Club are celebrating their 5th birthday and so they sent along this lovely little parcel with some prosecco, a themed delicious biscuit and my favourite perfume so I could join in with the celebration. YSL Black Opium has been my favourite perfume for well over a year now, maybe two! I’m a creature of habit when it comes to perfumes, I still rebuy perfumes that I…

It’s going to sound like I’m exaggerating when I say that I’ve literally been wearing Ghost Midnight for YEARS. I mean it was seriously one of my first perfumes, and I still love it. It’s always a present I’m bought every single year for either my birthday or Christmas and it’s a scent I’m going to continue to wear. I didn’t even know they were releasing Ghost White light until I got back from Holiday to a parcel and an email. The Perfume Shop very kindly sent it me to test out and as I’m such a massive fan, you can imagine how happy I was about this. White Light is a lot lighter than Midnight, you probably guessed that with the huge difference in packaging and the…

I really do love reviewing perfumes, especially ones that I get to pick out myself after researching about them. Simply as I am SO picky when it comes to fragrances. As much as I’d like to be someone who can though on anything and live with it, I’m really picky with what I smell like. I find scents a way to express myself and therefore I always pick from the same sort of ingredients. The new Jimmy Choo Exotic Eau de Toilette for her from The Perfume Shop is definitely the lightest and fruitiest I’d go on my scale. Priced at £44 for 60ml, I can’t find an accurate price for my bottle as it’s 100ml, but the most accurate I’ve found is £70ish. Described as a ‘sexy…
