As a beauty blogger it is super rare that I am ever impressed with everything I’m trying out, but the haircare I’ve been using lately has just really been that impressive. I don’t wash my hair everyday anymore as with chronic pain, I’ve only been leaving the house once or twice a week for a few months now. Obviously that helps to keep my hair in great condition but combined with awesome haircare, and I really do have beautiful, healthy hair. It’s a welcomed change from my wash, dry, and curl everyday as well as fortnightly dyes! Curlformers One brand that has really blown my mind is Curlformers. I have seen them across social media for months now but being the skeptical person that I am, I thought that they surely can’t be THAT good and effective? But they seriously are. In fact, after one use I was shouting from…

Everybody needs a decent hairdryer in their lives, well, everyone needs an amazing hairdryer in their lives. Nobody has time for or wants to spend hours on end drying their hair and especially not me. My hair is so thick and quite long now which means it does take around 30 – 40 minutes to dry it properly. My chronic back pain means that I can’t spend that long with my arms in the air whacking around a heavy device which means I need powerful and lighter dryer. The Glamouriser Premium Hair System Ultra Dryer  at £119.99 is seriously impressive. After just one use I knew that this was an awesome dryer. It’s a super lightweight dryer that’s very easy to hold and use, and even has an advanced microprocessor motor which means reduced noise and less heat exposure. It’s surprisingly powerful with a 2200W motor that means you can dry your hair…

I really am fond of the Salon Science range, and I’ve tried quite a lot of it now. This time I’ve been trying out the Retextuluxe repair and radiance range which is for hair that has been coloured or stripped by chemical treatments. Perfect for someone who dyes their hair constantly like me! This range is made with ‘Swiss Grape seed procyanidins and natural tocopherol’ which together help stop your colour fading whilst protecting the hair from any further damage. The Retextuluxe Shampoo and Retextuluxe Conditioner are a great team to really wash, condition and nourish your hair. These were used up so quickly as they really were a pleasure to use and even Alfie thought so! Combined with the rest of these products and you’ve got a fighting team of products to keep your hair in incredible shape, or get it back to a great condition. I’m lucky that I don’t have to style my hair every…

I hate writing about haircare without properly reviewing it and now that I’m washing my hair less and less from working at home, I AM SO SLOW AT HAIR REVIEWS. On the plus size for you, it means I know these products inside out because I’ve completely finished the bottles and mourned for the ones I loved. The bad news for me is being mega behind but weirdly and thankfully, none of the brands here have hounded me a single time (let alone 253454 times like some) so it means I’m even happier to finally be writing this up. The SexyHair range is so high up on my most loved list. There’s nothing sexier than red hair that doesn’t bleed all over you in the shower and stain your body red (yes, this seriously happens. Often.) in fact, I am SO impressed by this range I’d go as far as saying it’s…

I’ve tried a lot from Lee Stafford this year but the brand new Coco Loco Range is by far my favourite. As you can probably guess by the title, it’s coconut crazy and it smells incredible. I love Mousse in my hair to blow-dry in and add some texture before I start to curl but I HATE when the mousse is overpowering and makes my hair feel crap. We’ve all been there, right? I find the Coco Loco Mousse at £5.99 to be perfect, plus it’s rather comforting to smell coconut whilst blow drying instead of burning hair. Unfortunately I did find that the dry shampoo was a little too moisturising and didn’t try my hair out enough, but I did try it on severely greasy hair so it was a tough test. I did feel that it looked okay but it felt so wrong, so soft and slippery. Not…
