After taking a very long break from events, seeing the word ‘Disney’ in my inbox was enough to make me want to travel again! ORGANIC invited my mum and I to a cooking event to celebrate the release of Disney’s Moana on DVD & Bluray. I had already seen and completely fallen in love with everything about Moana, but my mum is a little behind on the latest Disney films so I couldn’t resist buying it on Amazon for her to watch before the event. It’s safe to say she’s now a huge fan too, and after some recent dizzy spells, my mum hilariously announced that she relates to HeiHei, the chicken, a lot. You really have to know the film to get that reference, and then picture my mum making the chicken ‘head movement’ in an uber on the way to the event. She’s too funny! We headed to Island Poké…

The title really says it all, I cannot express how much we loved Cirque Du Soleil Varekai and how much you all need to go see it. It’s truly a breathtaking show from the performances, to the stage work, singing, lighting and I can’t not mention the Masters of the Ceremony who were absolutely hilarious. I’ll be completely honest, I’ve heard of Cirque Du Soleil but I had no idea what it was about or what it entailed. I could have easily done my research but instead I thought to go there blindly and just take it all in and it was honestly so beautiful. The lamest and most basic description I can give you is that it’s a very fancy and sophisticated circus but nothing like the Circus shows in tents that we’re used to in England. I am still truly mesmerised by Cirque Du Soleil and the incredible performances from across the…

So this week I have been playing with the brand new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, sent to me by Three UK. I didn’t receive any compensation for this post so this will include the good parts and the bad parts of the phone. Obviously being a blogger, I’ve gave it the blogger trials on a phone which include… Photo quality Video quality Battery life Ease of usage Speed of the phone More technical bloggers might have different needs and wants but I’m pretty simple, I need pretty photos, good quality videos, a phone that will survive billions of notifications and one that won’t crash on me. I also want to not have to pinch Alfie’s photo every time I need a decent picture taking! So, technical parts. What does the phone’s features include? 5.5″ dual curved screen with dust and water resistant Gorilla glass. Dual pixel 12MP rear camera. 5MP front…

I mention my chronic back pain a lot on my blog, it’s kinda hard not to when you’re in constant pain every second of the day, but I only ever mention it in passing. A couple weeks ago I was invited to #HoldEm4Charity, a casino event by Ladbrokes and Search Laboratory where the winner would be able to choose a charity to give the £500 winnings to. My family and I love the casino, we’re not big on betting and we normally only take what we wouldn’t miss (usually £20 haha!) but we love the atmosphere of the casino and being able to dress up. I was SO excited when I got the email and immediately put it in my diary. I contacted a company who I knew would have the perfect dress and arranged to loan one for the event. The day before the event I even spend HOURS…

We had a super busy week a couple of weeks ago which unfortunately with chronic pains means I only just feel like I’ve recovered. Seriously not fun BUT the week was definitely worth it. We headed off to York for 4 days which you can read about HERE and then came back for a day to unpack and repack for a night in London. Sometimes I feel like I’m going to London every other day and other times I don’t get to go down for weeks, maybe a month at a time so I have to fit as much in as possible. Which obviously always includes making time for one of my favourites, Hayley. We planned to spend the entire Friday together whilst Alfie was at a Beer Festival but a quiet day in London wasn’t exactly what we got…. Instead, Hayley, Alfie and I ended up having a slightly…
