As a beauty blogger it is super rare that I am ever impressed with everything I’m trying out, but the haircare I’ve been using lately has just really been that impressive. I don’t wash my hair everyday anymore as with chronic pain, I’ve only been leaving the house once or twice a week for a few months now. Obviously that helps to keep my hair in great condition but combined with awesome haircare, and I really do have beautiful, healthy hair. It’s a welcomed change from my wash, dry, and curl everyday as well as fortnightly dyes! Curlformers One brand that has really blown my mind is Curlformers. I have seen them across social media for months now but being the skeptical person that I am, I thought that they surely can’t be THAT good and effective? But they seriously are. In fact, after one use I was shouting from…

I really have been in facemask heaven these past few months but as the title says, I’ve not loved every single mask I’ve been using. In fact I was quite offended by one of them, more on that later. I’ve been really quiet online but that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been pampering myself a lot so there will be tonnes of posts up soon about all the products I’ve loved, and the ones that aren’t worth your money. Kicking off with one of my favourite brands, Jurlique. I’ve been using three different masks from them and each mask is pretty special. At a whopping £30+ per 100ml you’d expect them to be good anyway, and thankfully they do indeed impress. My favourite is definitely the Moisturising Cream Mask (£32.50) as it is so beautifully moisturising and a real treat to use on your skin to give it a lot of…

Everybody needs a decent hairdryer in their lives, well, everyone needs an amazing hairdryer in their lives. Nobody has time for or wants to spend hours on end drying their hair and especially not me. My hair is so thick and quite long now which means it does take around 30 – 40 minutes to dry it properly. My chronic back pain means that I can’t spend that long with my arms in the air whacking around a heavy device which means I need powerful and lighter dryer. The Glamouriser Premium Hair System Ultra Dryer  at £119.99 is seriously impressive. After just one use I knew that this was an awesome dryer. It’s a super lightweight dryer that’s very easy to hold and use, and even has an advanced microprocessor motor which means reduced noise and less heat exposure. It’s surprisingly powerful with a 2200W motor that means you can dry your hair…

With anything else beauty wise I always prefer cheaper products, I’ve always managed to find cheaper versions of products that work better but never with perfume. With perfume, and excuse my language, I am a luxury bitch. I wasn’t always this way, a bottle of Ghost Midnight for £20 and I’m still happy but over the last few years I’ve caught the scent (quite literally) of the higher end world of perfumes and I am hooked. It all started with YSL Black Opium, which is still a firm favourite, and it’s progressed to the ridiculous expense of Marc Jacobs Decadence, which in my eyes is now worth every penny. Along the way I’ve tried many fragrances but I always go back to the same group of smells, including Gucci. The new Gucci Guilty Platinum (50ml at £54) is a limited edition version which is inspired by Alessandro Michele’s romantic and urban universe. I…
