Your first box is only £14 on the website, OR use my code and get it for £12! Code: SMBL12OFF. After my code, boxes are £24 a month with £3.50 postage and you can easily cancel at any time.I really am so impressed by Microbarbox and can definitely see myself buying these for presents in the near future!
It’s when I get to review things like this Microbarbox (alcoholic gift and subscription boxes), that I start to regret not having a wine blog. No, I’m joking, but it is a real treat when I can branch out with something that really is so much fun and a fantastic company. There’s subscription boxes for just about everything, beauty, cats, and thankfully there’s now even one for alcohol. I’m the type of person that will rarely branch out with my drinks, when I do rarely have a drink, so subscribing to Microbarbox is something that I would definitely find fun and beneficial to do in order to widen my taste palette.
Like many other subscription services, you can also buy them as gifts and I really feel this would be so perfect for your boozy friends to have for Christmas! The boxes start from just £25 and go up to £89, which is such a good price considering what it includes. I personally have my eyes on the Vodka Cocktail Gift Set (just a quick hint as it’s my birthday in 2 weeks and I get Alfie and my mum to proof read, I’m subtle like that).
Anyway, incredible gift boxes aside, the subscription service or ‘monthly tasting club’ is definitely the way forward. Each box contains a mix of cocktails, spirits, mixers, wine and then sweets and savoury snacks too for that added bit of excitement. When you first sign up, you’ll receieve their Signature Box so you can get one immediately, but after, you’ll recieve a different box every month full of different surprises.
