Introducing Ginger & Co!

Ginger & Co is a brand new British brand that landed on my doorstep in the most wonderful, bright, and beautifully package box full of beauty goodies, sweets, and bubbles! Their packaging is obviously vintage inspired and reminded me straight away of an affordable and chunky version of Soap and Glory. I say Chunky as the prices start at £2.99 – £5.99 and the bottles are huge! I was quite shocked at just how big and heavy they are, but as my bubble bath is still going weeks on (bare in mind this never happens for me), I’m really impressed.

I must admit, when you receive a parcel this beautiful with so many amazing products inside, it does indeed make your day. I was on the train to York as my Mum excitedly sent me photos of everything and tried her hardest not to play with them. Inside the box there was a mixture of hand creams, body care and bath things, making sure they have the full range for a relaxing pamper. The 500ml bottle of Bathing Beauty Bubble bath at £3.99 is absolutely incredible. It actually makes the water silky soft with Honey inside which means your skin doesn’t feel dry when bathing a lot. It also doubles up as a Body Wash, just like Double Up! their creamy body wash. This contains stimulating Ginger to revive the skin and moisturising properties to wash and moisturise at the same time! Again, it’s only £3.99 for 250ml!

After trying out the bath things, I headed straight to the hand products. With Heavenly Hands hand wash at £3.99 for 500ml, this bottle has literally not dented despite being in my bathroom for weeks. Sure it’s a little large and imposing for a hand wash as they’re usually so small, but you could easily transfer the contains into a bottle that suits your bathroom more. I don’t really mind, so I just have the whopping bottle sat there for all to try! It isn’t the softest hand wash I have ever tried, but it certainly does the job before using Hand it To Me hand cream. At £2.99 for 100ml, it’s the perfect size for a very large bag or to have next to your bed! It’s incredibly lightweight, smells gorgeous and provides just enough moisture.

Finally we have the body care, with my favourite first, Softly on You Body Butter at 500ml for £4.99! As soon as I shave my legs I cake myself in this and they feel amazing in the morning. I love a body butter at night as it has until morning to sink in. It doesn’t leave me the softest in the morning, but it definitely does the trick of adding moisture and ensuring I don’t have any dry rashes. Lastly, Soft on You Body Lotion at £3.99 for 500ml. Mallow, Lemon Balm and Rose are combined to create a light and quick drying daily body lotion, perfect for people who don’t have the time for thicker body butter, or anyone who wants something quick.

All of the products smell and look so amazingly cute and I’m so happy to have tried them! The entire range is under £5 and you actually get an awful lot for your money, both winners in my books! Ginger & Co can be found on Amazon and on Twitter!
