Impressive New Palmer’s Skincare Range

I know what you’re thinking, that’s quite a positive title for me, but I truly am impressed with the new Palmer’s Skincare range. Not only is it really affordable and all under £13, but it actually all works. Palmer’s has been such a firm favourite for years in this house, you can pretty much buy their incredible body lotion anywhere. It’s no surprise that it’s won so many awards so naturally I just had to get my hands on the new collection to see if it lived up to the high standards. The Palmer’s Skincare range is cruelty free, with no parabens, or dyes.

Palmer's Skincare Range

Ultra Gentle Facial Cleansing Oil – £7.99

I really love facial oils, they’re by far the fastest and easiest way to get my makeup off, especially as I wear so much. But they cause such a mess, especially when I take my makeup off whilst in the bath. I was really surprised with this one as it actually melts down with the water, emulsifying so that it washes off without an oily trace. It’s super impressive for £8! It’s made of so many different, beautiful oils and ingredients including Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Argan Oil, Apricot Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Sesame Oil, Soybean Oil, Jojoba Oil, Rice Bran Oil.

Micro Fine Exfoliating Facial Scrub – £5.49

Not the roughest scrub in the world, but used on dry skin, it certainly does exactly what I want. A noticeable and firm buff of my face! This has Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Shea Butter, and Crushed Walnut Shell which is the exfoliator. Obviously that’s an awesome alternative to microbeads as crushed walnut is biodegradable.

Skin Perfecting Moisturizing Day Cream SPF 15 – £7.99

The ingredients in this include Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, and Peptide Complex which means it’s actually super hydrating and a tad too rich for my severely oily skin. That doesn’t mean that I don’t recommend it, I think it has a beautiful smell, consistency, ingredients, and I love that it has a decent SPF of 15.

Moisture Rich Night Cream – £7.99

A similar formula of Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, Peptide Complex, Aloe Vera, along with Retinol for extra moisture and Vitamin A. All together they make this even richer, creamier, and heavier. It’s a complete no go for my skin but it’s definitely one of the best budget night creams I’ve ever used.

Creamy Cleanser & Makeup Remover – £5.49

It’s hard to believe that this makeup remover is under £6, as it’s really beautiful. It’s SO creamy, luxurious, smells delicious, and it works off even the most stubborn of makeup. I used this on my Instagram Stories and it didn’t take much effort at all to get everything off. It left my skin feeling amazingly soft!

Multi-Effect Perfecting Facial Oil – £9.99

Even though I do have really oily skin, I’ll indulge in an oily every couple of weeks (I really don’t need one more) and this is simply heavenly. It has Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Retinol, Argan Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Apricot Oil, Maracuja Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Sesame Oil which means you only need a couple drops!

Purifying Enzyme Mask – £5.49

This is really a fantastic mask for the price, with Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, Sweet Almond Oil, Kaolin Clay, Papaya Extract, and Sweet Almond Oil, it makes your face look instantly brighter. You don’t need a super thick layer, but indulge if you want to. I really love the creamy formula of this and it’s been the one that I keep reaching for!

Overall, I’m really happy with the Palmer’s Skincare Range, I’d definitely rebuy the cleansers (the cleansing oil is actually the cheapest and best one I’ve ever tried) and I love how easy to squeeze the bottles are. I don’t talk about it a lot, but some products are like a rubix cube to get in to! A lot of abled people won’t notice this, but when there’s a chunky bottle, big opening for product, and easy lid, it makes for a very happy GG.

Palmers is one of those brands you can just rely on & I always stock up when I see them on offer in Superdrug. After reading your post I have realised that there are quite a few products I have yet to try. Top of that list is facial cleansing oil & the facial oil! They both sound so good.
