Good Spa Guide Winter Spa Favourites

I’ve said it time and time again but it’s just the truth, The Good Spa Guide are by far one of my favourite brands to work with. The boxes of spa goodies they send every couple of months is simply unbeatable and I always end up finding my latest beauty addiction. This time I’ve been using quite a few things on a day to day basis and by the looks of how fast some of them have gone down, so have other people in my house! In this latest selection, which you can see me unbox on Twitter, there’s the….

Good Spa Guide Winter Spa Favourites
Temple Spa Body Truffle 150ml

What if you could combine hydration with glamour? That’s exactly what this body lotion does, with rose quartz, cashmere and truffles it oozes luxury whilst leaving your skin looking gleaming and flawless, quite literally. It appears to have gold lustre inside which helps to even the appearance of the skin tone and make your skin look glowing. Normally products like this are too heavy with the lustre but this one is just perfection. It sinks in so fast which means you don’t have to worry about being sticky.

ESPA Pink Hair And Scalp Mask 180ml £33.00

I actually tried this during a spa treatment and it was simply incredible. It’s such a nourishing treatment that using mineral red clays, vitamin C and apricot kernel oil to soothe and nourish the scalp. It also makes my hair look glossy and healthy.

Elemis Pro Collagen Hydra Gel Eye Masks £47.50

I don’t really get puffiness around my eyes or dark circles that need soothing but I still couldn’t resist trying these out and they really do feel amazing. Even though I didn’t think I needed them, I did notice my under eyes looking improved, more awake, glowing in fact! I’m really impressed.

Nuime is constantly surprising me with the high quality and amazing feel of their products. This is definitely my second favourite after their skin peel. It immediately improves the texture of the skin, making it feel and look radiant. I am always reaching for this one as just an extremely luxurious moisturiser.
This is apparently the signature fragrance of comfort zone, a blend of essential oils such as cedarwood and sweet orange. They’re meant to create a relaxing feeling that allows you to feel soothed either during the day or night. I actually didn’t like the smell and I’ve not gone to reach for it many times since. I usually love blends of essential oils but these ones just didn’t do it for me.

Anything that claims it can make my skin look better in 7 days is an instant winner for me. It’s meant for anyone with tired looking skin to give them an instant boost and although I don’t quite think it was instant, I do think this is a good product. It’s basically a water-like formula, it’s not a cream or oil, it dissolves really fast and you definitely don’t need the full bottle. I’d put half on in the morning and half at night so you can really reap the benefits.

Caudalie Thé des Vignes Shower Gel 200ml £9.00

This is a soap-free and non-irritating shower gel which is really quite lovely to use but really difficult to open. I don’t have much strength thanks to chronic pain but this really was a struggle to get into. It doesn’t dry your skin out, doesn’t have a strong scent, and generally is just pleasant to use.

Natural Spa Factor No 79 Pearl & Gold Renewal Peel Off Facial Mask £12.00

I’ve been so excited to try out products from the Natural Spa Factory and I have more coming up in a post soon too. This is a golden, glittery powder face mask that needs water to activate it. It’s such a gorgeous colour and helps to moisturise, refresh, and revive tired skin whilst leaving you glowing. It’s definitely in my top masks.
Aromatherapy Associates Rose Exfoliating Cleanser 100ml £30.00

I really do adore Aromatherapy Associates and it’s been such a delight using this exfoliating cleanser. I’ve used it practically every single day and it’s just so light and moisturising. It doesn’t take makeup off at all, it’s too soft for that, but it definitely helps as a double cleanse to just ensure your skin is nice and soft with no makeup surprises left behind.

Jessica Nails Phenom Phenom Precious Gift Set With Gold Vermeil £24.95 3 pack

Base, golden glitter, and a top coat! It’s the perfect nail varnish set for the party season or for all year round if you’re a littler person like me.
I don’t tan at all to say anything about this product, but it does have cute packaging.
