Chi Chi London have been one of my favourite brands since I first tried them many years ago. They’re one of the brands that I’ll always go to when I need something really fancy and they continue to actually be one of my most popular posts on my blog! They’re honestly the most stunning dresses, princess dresses, they truly wow and make you stand out. But I wanted to see if you could also dress them down, be more casual glam, and the good news is, you definitely can.
I recently wore this stunning Chi Chi Curve Darina Skirt and it’s by far one of the most beautiful skirts I’ve ever owned. I love everything about it from the length, the lace, the style where it’s a scalloped hem, and the mesh lining that gives it a slight puff, like a petticoat. At £45 it’s a seriously high quality skirt, this is going to last and you’ll be able to style it for many years to come. I asked for this in a size 24 but it was a tad roomy, a 22 would be too small though. I would say to size up with Chi Chi London/Curve as they do come up tighter but try a couple sizes as dresses this stunning deserve the extra attention to get them right! I paired this with my current favourite black lace top from ASOS, it’s still available in a few sizes.
It’s only been in the last few months that I actually found out about Very’s plus size range. I haven’t seen a lot about it but my friend, Ryan, shops there a lot and was talking about how good it was. Soon, I was looking on there constantly. Not only do they have an awesome own brand, V by Very Curve, but they also stock some pretty awesome plus brands like Little Mistress and River Island. This is the Formal Coat – Animal Print at £80, currently reduced to £70 and it’s a perfect winter coat. The grey leopard print coat is a very thick, waterfall styled coat. I love this style because it’ll keep you warm, whilst also not having any restrictions such as buttons etc. It’s quite refreshing to have such a thick coat without a belt or buttons.
I’ve been wanting some Autumn photos with orange leaves for weeks now so I’m so happy with these photos! It was actually raining so we only had a couple minutes before my hair starts to drip red, ha!
The shoes are my current favourites from Evan’s wide fit range, they’re so comfortable and I love the padding inside.
Have you found your perfect winter coat yet?
