*When you try to start blogging again and the internet goes down and you lose your first paragraph*
OK, great start! Anyway, hey everyone. I am back. I know I have neglected you and just posted the posts I’ve needed to but look, actual content being written right this second! Launching my magazine, She Might Be, has been awesome but it is a very needy project and I get to play Miranda from the Devil Wears Prada, so it needs a lot of my time. However, I have a billion and one posts to share with you all on my Halloween looks and what is filling up my wardrobe, because it is seriously full at the minute. So, here’s 3 different looks for Autumn.
Completely different looks. I get so bored with my wardrobe so I love wearing completely styles and outfits. First up is this grecian looking dress from Yours Clothing. The Purple V Neck Maxi Dress With Twisted Knot Front Detail is £29 and quite a generous fit. I went for a 22 but I forgot that Yours Clothing are usually quite generous with their dresses, so I’ve got a really baggy, relaxed fit but if I wanted to show off my body more, I’d get a 20. I couldn’t resist asking for this Black and Silver Sequin Embellished Mesh Shrug at £32, I think it’s such an essential to have in any wardrobe to really add that glam factor to a simply dress or to throw on for a day to night look.
The second look is leopard print, because everyone needs leopard print in their life. I actually only have 2 items in my wardrobe of my favourite print, and that’s seriously the lowest number I’ve had in years. Time for a leopard print haul? If only.
Anyway, this number is from Yoek and it’s £163.90. It’s a gorgeous style of a cross-over neckline and a pleated waist. I’m wearing a 20-22 and it’s a perfect fit.
Look 3 is from Topsy Curvy, a company who has an awesome owner, she’s so funny and genuinely loves what she’s doing. The website features clothes on a couple different sizes which is a great way to see what it’ll actually look like on yourself. I picked out this monochrome number which I just adore. I can’t find it on the website but there are some similar. It’s super stretchy, roomy and a very cute design. I probably would have been better with a 20, but with a belt I’ll be fine!
What trends do you love this Autumn?
